Pultruded FRP profiles for roof deck applications

The Beijing Vanke Jade West Lake residential project comprises 20 small high-rise buildings, with a total roof area of 12,000 square meters. The roofing material used is FRP deck supplied by Spare, which has a light weight and a thickness of 40cm. The width of the FRP deck is 500cm and its length can be adjusted according to the design requirements, with a maximum length of 3000cm. The FRP deck serves as both the top and bottom layers of the roof ridge, with the top layer being connected to waterproof corrugated boards and fixed with hanging tile strips, and the bottom layer being fixed with a secondary keel.
