FRP Pultruded Gratings
FRP pultruded gratings from Nanjing Spare are manufactured through a high-precision continuous pultrusion process, where fiberglass reinforcements and high-quality vinyl ester resin are formed into I-shaped or rectangular bearing bars, then assembled into integrated gratings. This advanced process endows the gratings with superior longitudinal stiffness and load-bearing capacity, with tensile and bending strength exceeding 600MPa, making them ideal for long-span and heavy-load scenarios. Weighing only 1/4 of steel and 2/3 of aluminum, they significantly reduce the load on supporting structures and lower transportation and installation costs, while maintaining excellent corrosion resistance that prevents rusting even in harsh environments such as coastal salt fog and chemical erosion. Typical applications include industrial walkways, offshore platforms, power plant maintenance platforms and heavy-duty equipment floors, where they can maintain stable performance for over 30 years with zero rust and minimal maintenance.
FRP Molded Gratings
Different from pultruded gratings, our FRP molded gratings are produced by integral molding in heated molds, forming a one-piece bidirectional mesh structure that ensures uniform strength in both longitudinal and transverse directions. With outstanding impact resistance and overall corrosion resistance, they are more cost-effective and suitable for light to medium-load corrosive environments. The gratings feature a non-slip surface with a friction coefficient of 0.8 in dry conditions, superior to metal materials in wet environments, and offer excellent insulation performance that avoids electromagnetic interference and friction sparks, making them safe for flammable, explosive and live-working occasions. They are widely used in wastewater treatment plants, chemical processing areas, trench covers, car wash workshops and aquaculture ponds, with a service life of over 20 years.
