The company is mainly engaged in the development, construction and installation of technology, products and special equipment for glass fiber reinforced composite pultruded profile products, which are widely used in construction and infrastructure, chemical energy, sewage treatment, road transportation, marine engineering, electric power engineering, and military industry. , agriculture and breeding and other industries, and are exported to the United States, the European Union, the Middle East, Japan, Southeast Asia and other countries and regions.
The company is divided into two factories, Jiangsu and Liaoning. The Jiangsu factory covers an area of ​​47,000 square meters and the Liaoning factory covers an area of ​​15,000 square meters. The company currently has a total number of employees of about 300, including more than 40 professional and technical personnel and more than 200 technical workers. Rama 8 Bridge Project in Thailand (glass fiber reinforced plastic bridge closure system)

Product/case main features/characteristics:

The Rama 8 Bridge in Thailand was completed in 2001 and has been in use until now. The bridge is located in Bangkok, the capital of Thailand, and spans the Chao Phraya River. The main bridge is 475 meters long, with a main span of 300 meters, anchor span and back span of 175 meters; the total length of the bridge is 2,480 meters. Bridge deck design load: 2.5 KN/m2. For large steel structure bridges, GFRP pultruded hollow-web panels are used to form a closed shell to enclose the originally exposed steel beams under the bridge deck to reduce wind resistance and maintenance costs. ;Beautiful effect. The installation is completed after the materials pass the on-site loading test.

Qingdao Jinyu Lanwan Steel Structure Corridor Project (glass fiber reinforced plastic large rectangular tube)

The corridor of Qingdao Jinyu Blue Bay Project uses 800*300 large rectangular tubes produced by Sibeer. The profiles are pultruded, with a total span of 17m and a height of 2.8m. The total weight of the upper and lower girders is 1.2 tons, which is 80% lighter than the steel structure (6 tons). The profile weighs 33 kilograms per meter, and more than 1,700 yarns are consumed to produce a single piece. The production technology is extremely difficult. Sibeer Company opens the mold and pultrudes it in one go. Although it is huge in size, the material is lightweight and the installation and construction is simple and fast. Only axles are used for hoisting on site, saving time and effort.

The coal indirect liquefaction project of Shenhua Ningxia Coal Group is the only large-scale coal-to-liquids demonstration project in the country and is listed as the "No. 1 Project" by the Ningxia Autonomous Region. The project is located in the energy and chemical industry base of Ningdong Town, Lingwu City, Ningxia, China, with a total investment of 55 billion yuan and a designed annual production of 4 million tons of oil products. The Shanghai Laogang project has 10 mechanical ventilation and mist elimination cooling towers, which are double-side air inlet mechanical ventilation cooling towers. The normal cooling water volume of a single cooling tower is 4000m3/h, and the total cooling water volume is 40000m3/h. The tower group is located on the southwest side of the factory area, arranged in a straight line, divided into two groups, each group has 5 towers. The circulating water pump room is arranged on the east side of the tower area and shares a circulating water pump room. The cooling tower is a pultruded FRP frame structure, with a single tower height of 21.2 meters and a width of 21.1 meters. A total of more than 400 tons of FRP pultruded profiles were used.It makes good use of the corrosion resistance of FRP materials in hot and humid environments. It is also lightweight and easy to install.
